Karnataka SSLC & II PUC Results, Revaluation, Retotalling & Photocopy Guide

Karnataka Board results are published on karresults.nic.in for both SSLC and II PUC, for all three exam windows each year. After results, KSEAB opens a window for three types of post-result services: scanned copy (photocopy of your answer script), retotalling (marks re-summed), and revaluation (answer sheet re-evaluated). Fees and windows differ for each and change every cycle.

How to check your result and apply for post-result services

  1. Check result on karresults.nic.in — Go to karresults.nic.in when results are announced. Select the correct exam (SSLC or II PUC) and the correct exam number (Exam 1, 2, or 3). Enter your registration number and save the result copy.
  2. Review marks subject by subject — Compare each subject mark to the passing threshold. Identify subjects where a scanned copy might be worth reviewing before committing to revaluation.
  3. Apply within the window — The application window for post-result services opens quickly — usually within a day or two of the result declaration — and closes within 7–10 days. Missing the window means waiting for the next exam cycle.
  4. Pay the correct fee per subject — Each subject is costed separately. Confirm the current fee on the KSEAB or DPUE portal before payment.

Result links on karresults.nic.in are seasonal: Deep result URLs on karresults.nic.in are only live around the declaration window. If you visit outside that period, the link may appear broken — that is normal. Return to the portal homepage around the official declaration date and use the active link provided there.
